São Tome & Príncipe is Africa's second smallest nation state located just off the coast of Gabon in Western Africa and in a just world would be far more famous!

The first thing to look at when contemplating São Tome & Príncipe as an incentive event destination is the expectations and desires of your audience. If you/ they are looking for German efficiency coupled with Dubai style opulence then this isn't the option for you. Should you, however, be looking for a destination that is well off the beaten track offering the excitement and adventure of the "unknown" then it is well worth consideration.

As you'd expect from such a sparsely populated island there are miles of deserted beaches with crystal clear waters backed by lush rainforest. Activities include boat trips, rainforest and coffee plantation tours plus fishing, diving and snorkeling. The food is simply delicious with locally caught seafood, fresh fruit and plantation coffee particular specialities.

We can't claim that the islands offer absolute international 5* luxury but Bom Bom Island Resort (Príncipe) and Omani Lodge (São Tome) are of excellent quality and when you weigh this up against all the other positives then it does make for a superb package.
