When deciding where to take 220 of a finance company's top global leaders to a Conference-come-Team Building event the Swedish capital, Stockholm, ticked all the boxes.

Bringing all 220 delegates in to Stockholm from around the globe to arrive on the same morning was the first challenge to overcome, swiftly followed by the instigation of a conference and team building programme that would have virtual strangers working as a cohesive team through a series of activities and challenges.

Team activities included a high speed RIB boat race to the old fortress of Voxholm and the Stockholm challenge (culminating at the gorgeous Royal Palace, Obelisken). Teams were transported to a unique cave based ice bar, where everything (you've guessed it!) was made of ice including a number of specially commissioned corporate branded sculptures, each team were then tasked with creating their own ice sculptures which were then the centerpiece for the entrance into Solliden for the final evening Gala Dinner.

Needless to say (and no apologies for the lack of creativity here!) the Gala Dinner celebrations were accompanied by an ABBA tribute band.
