Montreux, on the shores of Lake Geneva, provided the perfect backdrop for our client's Autumn conference.

Guests were accommodated within the first-class Grand Hotel Suisse Majestic with all rooms offering spectacular views across the lake and mountains. Even more impressive however were the views from the Conference site, 3000 metres up on the Diablerets Glacier with views stretching from the Jungfrau to the Matterhorn, a truly inspirational location for any Conference delegate!

At Conference close a number of surprise team building activities began on the glacier; husky dog racing, snow bowling, a never to be forgotten 'bin lid challenge'...... The winning team were whisked away for their helicopter trip back to the hotel gaining a jaw dropping view of the surrounding area enroute.

We took care of all our client's requirements from all travel and accommodation logistics to event communications (delegate registration, personalised trip itineraries (ski-pass themed), a 'Survival Kit' for each attendee (branded hats, swiss chocolate, bottle of Kirsch....) restaurant recommendations and reservations and provided full on site assistance to ensure that every last detail ran exactly to plan.
